I called the emergency maintenance line and Steve came to our rescue. Just sending a thank you for managing a great team of people. He worked quickly, let us know the problem (a drain was clogged), and even cleaned off our vent. He was here for maybe ten minutes total and it was so nice when the AC finally turned back on.

We have lived at Quail Ridge Highlands since August of 2015. We can't say enough good things about the maintenance and office staff. Steve is awesome and is always quick to fix any issue we may have there's no other better maintenance man.
