I called the emergency maintenance line and Steve came to our rescue. Just sending a thank you for managing a great team of people. He worked quickly, let us know the problem (a drain was clogged), and even cleaned off our vent. He was here for maybe ten minutes total and it was so nice when the AC finally turned back on.

We have lived at Quail Ridge Highlands since August of 2015. We can't say enough good things about the maintenance and office staff. Steve is awesome and is always quick to fix any issue we may have there's no other better maintenance man. Karen has always been so kind and helpful each time we call or go into the office with any issue. They are the main reason we keep renewing our lease and will continue to live at Highlands.

I rarely post reviews online but this one is long overdue. Karen the Community Manager has been nothing but a joy. She is always there when you have any questions. The entire staff including Maintenance Supervisor Steve. He is very knowledgeable, prompt, enthusiastic and helpful. I have been living here going 8 years and I have never been happier. They have never said no to any requests that I have made. The staff actually loves their jobs and you can see/feel it.
